The Guidance Medical Stay Afloat Grant program provides financial su​pport of up to $500 for families of children with complex medical needs, lending a helping hand when it's needed most.

All applications are sponsored by healthcare professionals working with the family and reviewed by pediatric medical specialists to ensure that we serve those who can benefit most.

 The need is so great that the most difficult part of the work is receiving so many applications only to decline due to budgetary constraints. Your help can allow us to reach more families.
